What I Offer

  • Accompaniment & Coaching

My coaching work with individuals is accompaniment. I focus on seeing clearly – both self and systems. I focus especially on self-defeating narratives that hold us back.

I do this work with individuals who are experiencing transition or who are leaning into a new phase of their leadership journey.

Overall, I help clients to see the opportunities and challenges before them with greater clarity, meet those realities effectively, and do so in a way that contributes to individual and collective wellbeing.

  • Gathering & Facilitation

I believe that if we are serious about change, we have to gather differently.

Most gatherings are performative with a frantic energy and a need to prove oneself that changes the energy in the room.

I’m an experienced gatherer / facilitator who knows how to gather differently. I focus on building trust and attunement.

I have designed gatherings for leadership teams, collaborators in a sector, emergent communities of practice, and non-profit boards.

  • Thought Partnership & Research

I’ve spent most of my life working with non-profit organizations and philanthropic foundations.

I’ve advised clients on strategic thinking, generational transition, conflict transformation, governance practice and development, leadership formation, and sustainability.

I especially enjoy work with non-profit boards who are navigating transitional times.

I have used qualitative research skills focused on deep listening to help organizations better understand opportunities and challenges, especially across lines of difference.

  • Story Work & Genealogy

I believe self-understanding is key to accomplishing what we desire.

I love to help people better understand their own story and where they come from.

I have thirty+ years of experience in genealogical and local history research and love to approach this in a story-focused way to help us better understand ourselves.
